Purposes of processing

Personal data are processed in order to:

• manage booking requests and ticket purchases via the online booking system;
• respond to contacts and information requests;
• comply with legal obligations and safety requirements for the museum route;
• ensure the correct technical operation of the website (technical cookies);
• with the data subject’s consent, carry out statistical/analytics measurements on website use.

Data collected

Identification and contact data may be processed, as well as booking-related data (date, time, number of participants, and where applicable licence plate for ZTL access) and technical browsing data needed for the operation of the website, the booking system and, with prior consent, usage statistics.

Cookies and consent

The website uses:

• Technical cookies (always active): required for the website to function and to store the consent preference.
• Statistics cookies (with prior consent): for aggregate traffic analysis and service improvement via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-H07C6V3EVF), provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Data may be transferred to third countries under the safeguards provided by applicable law; the IP address may be anonymised where supported. The gtag.js tag is loaded only after consent to statistics cookies.
• Cookies linked to the booking system (with prior consent or during booking): to manage online bookings.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures (booking), legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website, and legal obligations where applicable. Data are retained for the time necessary for the stated purposes and for legal obligations.

Data subject rights

The data subject may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by contacting the Controller at ask@alagna.it. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
